Cindy's accounting journey began with summers spent handling bookkeeping for her father's small business in Houston, evolving into a career that led her to become an Enrolled Agent in 2008. Together with her daughter, Kaitlyn, Cindy launched KAC Consulting Inc. in 2013, focusing on tax planning and bookkeeping services tailored for small businesses. Their expertise has helped many owners optimize their finances and grow their enterprises. With over 25 years of experience, Cindy's commitment to her clients involves staying ahead of tax legislation and embracing the latest in financial technology. Her approach of translating complex financial concepts into understandable advice, empowering business owners to achieve new levels of success.
Outside of work, Cindy's passions include volunteering for Bible education, spending quality time with loved ones, sewing and playing the piano.
Kaitlyn Thompson

Kaitlyn grew up in the Hill Country and surrounding area. After looking into other career options she joined her mother, Cindy, in establishing KAC Consulting, Inc.
Kaitlyn works as a bookkeeper and tax preparer for both individuals and small businesses. She has used this opportunity to expand her knowledge of taxes and the bookkeeping world. Kaitlyn is both Xero certified and she is working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent.
Kaitlyn stays current with all of the latest technology to make sure her clients are served in the best possible way. She strives to find ways to help her clients understand their financial situation so that they are able to successfully grow their businesses.
Brandon Thompson

Brandon grew up in the Texas Hill Country and found his calling at KAC Consulting, Inc., where he uses his tech skills and certification as a Gusto People Advisor to help small businesses with their finances. His job is all about making tax and bookkeeping stuff easier for clients so they can grow their businesses. The best part of his job, though, is being able to work with his wife Kaitlyn, making his work life even more special.
When he's not at work, Brandon is busy helping others through volunteer work and personal Bible studies. He loves to take time off to read and hike, enjoying the peace and adventures the great outdoors offers. Brandon's life is a mix of helping businesses succeed, giving back to his community, and enjoying his hobbies, showing that it's possible to have a balance between work, helping others, and having fun.

At KAC Consulting, Inc., Tammy applies these skills to bookkeeping, where her speed and precision significantly improve client services.
Beyond her professional life, Tammy is passionate about organization and technology, leveraging these interests to benefit KAC Consulting Inc. Tammy's personal time is devoted to her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, studying, teaching, and enjoying quiet moments at home with her husband and doxie.
